I have such positive things to say about this team! My kiddos have been on the team for over 3 years. During this time they have built very strong friendships as well as relationships with their coaches. Their coaches are always thinking of fun, creative ways to help drive them to the next level. The coaches truly care about each kid! My kiddo's strokes have improved immensely, their love for swimming continues to grow, and their competitive spirit is nourished in an extremely supportive environment. Thank you Foothill Swim Team for being such an important part of my kiddos lives!!!
My swimmer started swimming in the pre-team group and has progressed each season since she started. She has made great friends in this program and has enjoyed her coaches throughout her time on the team. This past weekend, all of the coaches were at all of the sessions of the swim meet giving swimmers high fives and feedback on technique.
My son has been on the team for about four years now. He really enjoys it and has moved along within the teams system as he advances. I have read some of the other reviews and we haven't had the negative experiences that were mentioned.

Foothills Swim Team (FST) is a member of USA Swimming, located in the Denver Metro area. The team consists of approximately 175 members ranging in age from 5 to 21 years old and has been competing since 1963. FST offers a year-round competitive program for swimmers ages 5 and up .
