I was transferred to this agent many years ago when my local Summit County agent retired. I appreciate the professional service provided, updates on my policies, and assistance whenever I have had to make a claim. The coverage I have includes 4 vehicles as well as my home and after having submitted auto claims - although State Farm has some fine print which makes it difficult at times- I know my agent and his assistants will be proactive and thorough. My rates also compare favorably in the general market since the multipolicy discount is pretty good.
