Shaun and his team were amazing! I tried getting an oil change at 3 different locations/companies, with no luck due to a stripped oil plug - all saying that I would need my oil pan replaced (with a cost of 500+ dollars attached). Shaun told me to bring it in and they would take care of it - and they did! I was in and out in less than an hour, with a fresh oil change and a new drain plug (no need for a new oil pan) - all at a fraction of the cost! Exceptional customer service and genuine care and concern for his clients will have me going back for all of my automotive needs. Thank you so much!

Very honest man. Was bad news for us, sence we are traveling from Nebraska to California. Thought it was a shifter solenoid, as the reader said, but after they did an inspection "for free" they discovered and explained a few other issues it was having, and will be in a home mechanic myself, it made perfect sense. He explained what they could do, and explained why I shouldn't do just the solenoid and fluid and filter, with how many miles it has and the other codes that showed more issues then I knew, do just that would clean out the system, bit actually cause the transmission to get worse then it currently was. And his Rottweiler was a beautiful specimen of the breed! Our husky wanted to play with him so bad, lol!

We had such a special time. We threw a Halloween costume party/ surprise wedding. All of our family and friends were were there. The costumes were all wonderful and our surprise was well received. I can't thank Rottweiler enough for the awesome venue. It was large enough for all our friends & family and small enough to be intimate and special. So now after 20 years (to the day) we have made it official and got married. Thanks again Rottweiler, it meant Everything to this bride pirate.

This review is way overdue but I had a mechanic forget about and not show up to the appointment we had agreed upon so in a frenzy I went on a search. Rottweiler said they would close my sunroof, which was open and wouldn't close, I didn't care if it was operational just closed. They said they would get that done, while my car was in the shop another issue popped up with my ignition. Initially they couldn't figure it out, they replaced the ignition switch but it was still having issues, after figuring out and fixing the issue they did not charge me for the labor of the ignition switch since that wasn't the actual issue. Trustworthy and good work, will be using them in the future (hopefully not lol but if something occurs)! Thanks Rottweiler, for taking care of me and not taking advantage!
