Denver Violin Lessons

As a busy adult student, returning to violin after many years, I highly recommend Anton as an instructor. He has been cognizant of both my challenges of a busy adult, and my specific needs as a student.

I have been studying with Anton since last September, and I have made significant progress in the past few months. Anton is very patient, not only does he emphasize on the technicality, but also on the musical aspect. I have been able to correct a lot of "bad" habits that were developed when I was a kid through our lessons. More importantly, Anton helps me develop my own understanding of the music I play, which makes it such an enjoyable experience. He is very interactive, and able to explain technical/musical problems we encountered from different perspectives. If you are thinking about taking violin lessons, either to improve your skills or just to play for fun, Anton is the teacher you need!

I have taken lessons from Anton for awhile now and have nothing but positive things to say. I was brand new to the violin when I started and am extremely happy with the progress I have been able to make with Anton as my instructor. He quickly identifies any problematic patterns that arise in my playing and offers solutions and practice habits that will rectify the issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and very good at explaining complex concepts and techniques in an intuitive and easy-to-understand manner. He has a very solid outline/approach for how a student will progress but is attentive to the individual student's strong and weak areas and will make adjustments as needed. Apart from a purely technical stand-point, Anton also simply makes the lessons fun! I would highly recommend him as an instructor to anyone looking to learn or improve at the violin.

Anton is a wonderful violin instructor! He is very knowledge, patient, and talented in his profession. My daughter has improved greatly in just the few months that she has been under his teaching. I would recommend him to family and friends as both my daughter and I have been very pleased with the progress and professionalism.

Anton is an awesome violin teacher. He's very professional and really knows the technical side of teaching violin from his years as a professional violinist and a university level instructor. I am an adult learner, and in just a few months I feel I've grown immensely in my deep foundation of what playing (the hardest instrument) requires. Anton tailors your learning to you, and always follows up with (often custom) accompaniment tracks or sheet music for home practice. He's an amazing performer who can coach you in your development of the artistry of musical performance so that you don't sound like a robotic beginner forever. My 7 year old son also very much enjoys his lessons with Anton, who is very VERY patient with him. There is not a single technical skill that Anton has neglected to teach AND continue to develop. To top it off, my husband and I got to go see Anton perform with the Fort Collins Symphony, so there are just so many things that he can offer as an instructor. Highly recommend.
