I’ve struggled with being overweight since I was a child. I have been to several weight loss clinics throughout my life, and can lose the weight- but as soon as I stop going, within a year, I’ll have gained it back and more. I chose MRC on the recommendation of my heart doctor. I listened, joined MRC and lost 42lbs in 2018. Since that time I’ve stayed involved in the maintenance program and have successfully been able to keep it off. Sandy looks deeper than what’s going on in the outside, she helps you internalize what is going on as personal tiggers, and gives you options to overcome a lifetime of bad habits. I can’t imagine myself being anywhere else. They are wonderful.

I have let myself get a out of control with my weight for years. I made the decision last year to do something about it. So I went to metabolic research center of Lakewood. I have tried other Weight loss programs nothing seemed to work for me I knew this would be an investment mind and money but it works. I feel better people have told me I look Good. Emily and Sandy have made me feel better they encourage me. Help me with questions I need and if I get off track from program they help me get back on. so thank you girls for all your help I will continue to go I will continue to lose weight as of now I have lost 61 pounds My goal is100pounds. When I came to Metabolic Research Center of Lakewood, I was beat down and defeated with my Food Addiction. My next option was either weight loss surgery or continue living how I was living and looking forward to a Whole bunch of health problems, immobility, misery, constant aching body, acid reflux, pain, and on and on. Before I came to MRC, I could not string together more than 2 or 3 weeks of consistency and then the inevitable "relapse" that became worse and worse each time. I had always followed MRC on facebook and they just happened to open the new center down the street from my house so I reached out and I'm so glad I did. Sandy, Emily, and Karen are all awesome and have been so encouraging for me. This program isn't easy and it takes work but the support and accountability that these Ladies give me is exactly what I needed. I was trying to do it all on my own and it wasn't working. I'm 4 months in, 64.5lbs and 50 inches down and I feel so much better, I'm swimming in my old fat clothes, my body hurts so much less, my mind is clearer, i'm not tired ALL the time, and I have energy. I have a confidence and control over my eating that I have never had before. One of my goals is to be down 100lbs by the time I go on a cruise with my Family in May 2020 and I am right on track and am confident I am going to hit that goal! I’ve never been able to stick to any eating plan for more than a week, but Metabolic Research Center is different. The program works! Sandy, Emily and Karen are great: friendly and encouraging, but most of all knowledgeable about helping clients be successful!

I tried everything and never seen results. Thanks to the Metabolic research center, I’m down 30 pounds. I feel good and I’m happy. Thank you ladies for greeting me with open arms and encouraging me to be healthy.
