If I could give this Buisness and the owner Chip 10 stars I would! He has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent products and service. He has provided us same day delivery and has even opened outside of hours to help us. I would recommend this Buisness to anyone.

Btw I called every equipment shop around St. Anthony hospital and this place was by far the most affordable (more affordable than the "convenient" equipment shop in the first floor of the hospital).

Chip, the owner, is super patient, kind, lets you explore your options with as much time and space you need, welcoming, answers any and every question you've got, and just loves to be a resource. Seriously, call and ask him all the equipment questions you want, even how to tinker and fix up your own stuff!

Found him back in March 2021, (picked up a 16inch manual wheelchair, transfer tub bench, reacher, slideboard), returned some equipment today cuz my family is all healed up, and he's still the same!

Will def return if I ever have equipment needs again

You won't find a nicer person than Chip. You won't get better customer service anywhere than Colorado Lifestyle Medical. Let's face it we're in this store because we have health problems so it's nice when the owner/staff is kind. Flew into Denver from Iowa to go to Vail. No one wants to sit on the balcony looking out at Vail. CALLED 8 OTHER STORES TO RENT A MOBILITY SCOOTER AND CHIP WAS THE ONLY ONE WILLING TO MAKE WEEKEND APPOINTMENT NEAR MY FLIGHT TIME. IF YOU NEED TO RENT A SCOOTER ON A WEEKEND YOU NEED COLORADO LIFESTYLE MEDICAL.

I know I left this review previously - not sure why it disappeared!
Chip is, BY FAR, the nicest, most helpful, knowledgeable person you will EVER find to help you with your medical supply needs. He goes WAY above and beyond to help figure out what might be the best fit for you. He isn't pushy in any way and he cares about his clients and their needs.
He has spent endless hours helping me figure out what I need in terms of a scooter and has had the best advice. He isn't just trying to make a sale - he really wants to do what is best for you. He has listened to my crazy (my word - not his) needs and found something that will work for me. I used to hike and snowshoe until I was injured during a surgery. I now can't walk far at all, but still love the outdoors and the mountains. He has helped me determine which scooter would be best for me to be able to enjoy the Colorado outdoors as best I can at this stage of my life.
You will be in the BEST hands by going to Chip. Did I mention that he's the nicest guy on the planet?? :)

Great place!! I bought a scooter here a few years ago and needed it repaired. Chip (pretty sure his name) got to it quick and ordered the part I needed. Part was on back order so I rented a little scooter to get around. $100 for a week; great rental rate and he said if part isn't in after my week rental, he won't charge for more time.

Great operation! I'm definitely a return customer.
