I had a kitchen flood. I have a newborn, work full time, and have been pretty stressed out. I called a few companies, left a few messages, and these guys (Larry) called me within 5 minutes of my calling their office. They were at my house within the hour. They placed a de-humidifier and my subfloor is now bone-dry. I cannot say how much I appreciate their service!
Two cleaners came in, one million stains came out. My floors were water damaged and had bad stains and now they look new. The technicians were professional, quick, and efficient. Highly recommend for carpet cleaning!!!

Larry at Remcon was great. We own a duplex and are looking to rent one side out. Upon assessing all the work needed to fix up the place, we discovered mold in the basement. I called a couple of different companies to come out for quotes. Larry showed up promptly, looked at the place, and described how to do the work ourselves to save some money. He explained in detail what I would need to do so I went out and bought the proper tools for the job. I spent 4 days cutting up my basement and finally decided I was overwhelmed and didn't have the professional eye to know what I was looking at. As it turns out, the basement was much worse than previously thought. I called Larry back in distress and said I quit and that I would like him to finish the job. He was very nice and came as soon as he could to help me out. His team spent a day and a half tearing up and cleaning that basement. He even hauled off the trash from when I was doing work down there. The basement looked wonderful upon completion and I felt as though Remcon saved the day. In addition, they left their hepa filter vacuum down there over the holiday weekend to help filter out the drywall dust from the repair work that I was having done. This they did at no additional charge.
Needless to say, I will not be starting a career in mold remediation. That was some of the most miserable work I have ever done and I definitely have a new found respect for those that do this line of work. I hope I never have to deal with mold in my home again, but Larry at Remcon will be the first person I contact if I do. Job well done and a very happy customer.
Larry and his efficient team were at my business to clean up after a plumbing problem flooded my shop. This happened during their dinner and they were here within a half hour and worked till 11:00pm. They worked fast and sterilized everything and left fans to ensure that it was dry. I highly recommend their service. Cindy
