I knocked my hips out of alignment in 2019 during my twin pregnancy. Dr Todd encouraged me to work on the issue before I had another baby. But I ignored him and found my self in tons of pain pregnant with my newest son. Dr Todd was still a saving grace during my pregnancy and have been amazing at getting me back to myself pain free since my delivery in June. Mom grateful stubborn mom.

I did not want to go to a Chiropractor, but my doctor told me my problem was arthritis. Dr. Todd said he could fix me, and he did. I am now a believer!

Nine years ago, I was in a motor vehicle accident which severely hurt my neck and contributed greatly to my head hanging forward. Over the years it became easier to just let my head lean forward, but I then began to lose my ability to raise my head upright. Additionally, 15 years ago I was diagnosed with both Type-2 Diabetes and Gout. I have since been gaining weight and developed neuropathy which has developed into pain in both of my feet that I have been unsuccessfully treating with Tylenol. My A1-C has reached levels of 8.3 and blood sugars that have almost reached 200. The medical doctors’ suggestions were for me to wear a back brace and for me to remain on insulin for the rest of my life.

Since receiving care at LOH Optimal Healing, Dr Todd has worked with me in regaining my neck’s alignment and strength. I recently went to my regularly scheduled appointment to the retinologist, and for the first time ever I was able to place my head in the normal head rest position without additional accommodations! My A1-C and blood glucose levels have dropped to as low as 6.6 (almost not pre-diabetic) and 85 respectively and I am now losing the unwanted, extra body weight! Dr Todd tells me that we are eating my ‘elephant of problems’ one bite at a time.

I suffered for over 1-year with back and leg pain. During this time, I consulted with medical spine specialists and spent time in physical therapy. Their answers of injections and pain pills were only temporary relief and did not take care of the problem.

Getting desperate I began to look for a chiropractic doctor. I asked my GP and he said that idea may work but he had no one to recommend to me. Fait led me to Dr. Todd Cunningham. He was the first health care provider to actually correctly diagnosis my problem. He provided a treatment program that has given me my life back.

I am about half way through my office treatments and Dr. Todd is constantly helping me get better at performing my prescribed home care. To quote Dr. Todd, “I am a perfectionist,” and that is how he runs his practice and treats his patients. I now feel better than I have for over a year. I am thankful for Dr. Todd’s knowledge and professional treatment to get me back to health.

I was feeling like my head was going to fall off my shoulders when the decision was made to have surgery on my neck. It was a permanent, temporary fix to the structural problem I have that gradually created constant acute pain for me in the long run. I felt hopeless with the diagnosis from traditional doctors. I kept going back to be a repeat patient for the rest of my life.
And then I met Dr. Todd!
My A1C has dropped 2.3 points, my spondylolisthesis is getting back on track, my scoliosis is straightening up. The headache that I’ve had for years has subsided substantially. I can now chew my food evenly with all my teeth. I can put my head back to gargle – (though my list is longer).
I have achieved this progress in only three months!
