(September 30, 2017, 1:39 pm)So, Brenda was referred to me by another insurance agent and she was great from first encounter until fast forward to agent/broker of all my policies to present date. I left State Farm after many years due to poor customer service, frustration and lack of communication. Brenda has demonstrated a complete opposite of that. She came to my home, stayed until we were on the same page and then offers texting, email and excellent phone service. I was able to move all my policies in Colorado over without a hitch within 24 hours! Thank you Brenda for the awesome experience.
