Tara Walsh, Speech-Language Therapy

Tara has provided comprehensive speech-language supports to my 3 children with varying needs including articulation, pragmatic, and expressive & receptive language. The children have made great progress in all communication areas targeted and have mastered many goals with both the in-home therapy and the teletherapy speech-language supports delivered by Tara.

Tara Walsh is a dedicated person, especially as a speech pathologist. She is determined in helping others with speech difficulties be able to communicate effectively with love ones. Throughout her many years of service in working with people with developmental disabilities she has been able to expand those with limited communication skills through the encouragement of communication activities, communication boards, sign language, communication devices(when needed or required), and education. Tara has the patience, commitment and perseverance to help your family member achieve their goals. There is no better person that you could have working with you and your family.

Ms. Tara Walsh is an excellent SLP provider! We needed assistance with our young elementary aged child who was having trouble with his speech. She worked with him individually and used activities to help make the necessary changes to his speech so he could communicate more easily. She took the time to sit with us and explain in detail the changes she was working on with him. She gave us exercises to utilize at home to help the process along for our son. He absolutely loves her! She has been a godsend to our family and we highly recommend her!!
