e-motion (Get Up & Move)

I have been working out with Emily for serval months now and I could not be happier! Emily is a wonderful trainer and motivator. Emily takes the time to understand where I’m at and helps me to progress forward towards my goals.
I have tried many personal trainers at large and small gyms and Emily is by far the best experience I have had and a heck of a lot less money????
The workouts are always engaging and changing, in 5 months we have not repeated the same workout once! I’m truly happy I found Emily and would recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer!

E-Motion is great! Emily caters to any levels needs. She helped me jump start my working out and now helps me reach levels of performance I have never seen!
