(October 11, 2018, 2:48 am)I want to share my experiences that I have had with Ken Caryl Imports. I have been very pleased with the service and attention I have received from Adam and the team. They always consider my needs and my time first and at reasonable rates.
I have had two vehicles worked on three times total and was really surprised how soon and how reasonably priced the jobs were. Everyone here is nice, easy to talk to, and most importantly very honest, which is hard to find in the auto repair industry.
I have had the same mechanic for about 15 years. However, I am finding that I'm not as impressed with him or I am just overly impressed with Ken Caryl Imports. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that hates vehicle problems. Ken Caryl Imports will take the pain out of the process. It is so much better to get the job done right the first time. -

(September 29, 2018, 3:37 am)I can't say enough good things about Danny and Adam and the crew at Ken Caryl Imports. They service our company's fleet vehicles, and I have had them do a considerable amount of overdue work on my own Subaru as well. Their rates are very fair, and the quality of their work has been outstanding. I have always felt that they are honest and give me options when work is needed. I've never felt pushed pay for unnecessary work, and they have always accommodated our needs and special requests.
Compared with the cool cars I often see in their shop bays, I'm sure our Nissan and GMC work Vans (and my own 13 year old clunker) aren't their favorite cars to work on. However, we've always received the best service of any shop we've worked with from the folks at Ken Caryl Imports. -

I have taken my BMW X3 to them since my factory warranty expired and will continue to do so. The water pump on my wife''s Buick LaCrosse had to be replaced after the warranty expired ;
Ken Caryl Imports replaced the water pump, saving us $2,000.00 below the dealer estimate. Jim Johnston -

(April 18, 2018, 3:37 pm)I am so glad I found this place. It is hard to find good mechanics for imports. They do a great job. Reasonable prices. They fix it right the first time. I always talk to Adam. He is very professional. He does a great job of explaining everything that needs to be done. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
