Liz is an amazing individual. She has gone above and beyond for our family and has become one of our family. She provided insight and support to wife when she needed it most and the way she takes care of our daughter just a beautiful thing. I would recommend Liz a thousand times over.

Liz provided postpartum care for us starting in October '22 and quite honestly, it was one of the best things about the whole experience. She is kind, warm, and knowledgeable. We cannot say how much she has helped and how much we are going to miss having her around. Our daughter loved her so much that we even continued care through most of her first year. We highly recommend Liz.

I hired Liz because I wanted an experienced doula who could sit with me during birth and reassure me that everything was going to be okay. I felt really anxious during the birth of my first child, and I wanted a different experience with my second birth. Liz was ABSOLUTELY the right choice. She reassured me, had calls with me to talk about how the birth was going to go, and made plans for how to manage my anxiety during the birth. During the birth, she was warm, knowledgeable, and somehow magically counted every one of my contractions like she knew just how long they would last. I had the magical birth experience I'd dreamed of, and I absolutely credit Liz's guidance with helping me make that happen. I cannot recommend Liz highly enough.

Liz was my doula a few months ago for my first baby. My husband and I are very grateful we hired her. She provided the exact kind of support that I was hoping for. She was very knowledgeable without being bias and was very supportive of all of our choices. While in the hospital she helped me to feel empowered to make choices and ask for things that I wanted. My husband also felt like the experience was much better because she was there. She was extremely comforting to both of us throughout my labor and stayed overnight with us at the hospital. She really advocated for us in many ways with doctors and nurses. I felt completely comfortable while she was around and I would recommend her to anyone considering!

I don't think I would have made it through my pregnancy/birth without Liz. We don't have any family around us and haven't had a lot of experiences with children/babies before. Before we met Liz, I was terrified of the whole process. We had a few complications during our pregnancy, and Liz provided advice, guidance, and comfort throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable and provided us with resources to make it through. When we met Liz, we knew she was the right fit for our family as we immediately felt more comfortable. She stayed with us through our birth and came to visit us a few days after to make sure that we were okay. She's also a certified lactation consultant - so that was extremely helpful as I had no idea what I was doing. She even came to our daughter's first birthday. If I have another baby, there's no doubt I would hire Liz again. We consider her a part of our family.
