  I was very apprehensive about selling my home, and Susan made my selling experience as pleasant as it could be. I really appreciated her sense of humor and positive attitude throughout the process. Susan is very knowledgeable about the local area and quite a negotiator during the sales process. She and her excellent team did a fabulous job of staging and taking pictures.   Susan is by far the best realtor we have worked with! From the getgo, she was quick to respond, listened to our requests and had an idea of exactly what we were looking for and where to find it. She went out of her way to spend time with us showing us not only homes but all of the different amenities our desired neighborhood had to offer. Because we enjoyed Susan so much, she helped us buy our new home as well as sell our old house! She always makes herself available, works hard for your dollar, knows what to look for when buying a home like water leaks, updated operating systems, foundation issues, etc. She consistently follows up post sale - her communication doesn’t just end with closing. Susan has not only been our realtor but has become a great source of information in the Ken Caryl area and a friend in the community.   From the moment that we met Susan, I knew that it was going to be a good fit. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market, felt confident in her negotiating experience, and put us right at ease. When the time came to accept an offer, she was able to work a little magic to sweeten the deal. If I bought homes more regularly, I'd use Susan every single time. Hands down.

  Susan is phenomenal. I needed to purchase a home from out-of-state and had originally been recommended another agent. However, after an initial conversation with the other realtor it was clear my needs and budget were not a priority. While debating if I wanted to proceed with that person, another colleague recommended Susan. From our first conversation, it was clear she would have my back and that I had not only found a trustworthy realtor but also made a new friend. Susan listened to my long list of must haves, understood that my max price limit was because I didn't want to be house-poor, regardless that I could afford more, and found me my dream home within the first batch of listings she sent me through her app program. Because of my situation, the process was a 30-day whirlwind that encompassed flying out for one day to look at homes to closing a month later.
