My dog badly cracked her toe nail at the quick and no other vet in the area would see her on such short notice during a holiday weekend. Even though they were very busy they accommodated us same day and saw her immediately. My dog is very apprehensive of new people and the vet techs and receptionist worked so well with her! I would highly recommend this location and their friendly service.

On a Saturday morning, my cat had an upper respiratory infection (URI) and a fever; he was sneezing, not eating and was extremely lethargic, so I called my usual banfield in Arvada but they said the closest opening was on Wednesday... There was no way I was going to wait til Wednesday and I was appalled that they even after sharing the obvious symptomology they would think that was acceptable. So, I started calling all the banfields around and the staff at this location understood the necessity of my cat getting care ASAP so they worked out a plan for me to drop him off within 2 hours of my call, AND the Dr called me within an hour of me dropping him off with a plan of care. The Vet Dr Knutson was very straight forward about what my cat needed but was also obviously very caring. The entire team was wonderful and I felt they cared for my cat as much as I did. They also called me the next day to check up on him (as banfield always does ANYTIME I take my cat in). Safe to say that even though this clinic is a bit further than I would like, I will be returning. My cat is like my child so it's very important to me that the team cared as they did.
