Tom, at Fed By Fact Fitness, is the trainer you want and need (but don't know it yet!) if you are serious about physical fitness and/or weightlifting. Other trainers have listened to what I wanted to accomplish and then given me what they wanted me to have in the way of training. When Tom actually listened to what my goals were and then designed a plan to help me achieve them, I knew I had found the perfect trainer! Tom gives me what I want and need to achieve my weightlifting goals. He encourages and challenges me to go beyond what I think I can do. I don't always like him at the end of my workouts, but I like the results! At age 68 I am gaining muscle mass and getting stronger, and can lift more weight than I ever have. So keep pushing me to be better than my best, Tom. I like what I see!!

Tom at Fed By Fact Fitness is the best trainer that I have had. Other trainers I have had in the past helped me reach self imposed goals or prepare for events. Tom has pushed me to reach goals I didn't think possible all while giving tremendous support and helping me believe. He keeps workouts interesting by switching things up and introducing new techniques like maces and animal flows. I am stronger, more flexible and have more balance then I had before meeting Tom and I am excited to see how far I can go.

I have been working with Tom for three weeks and already feel much stronger and more energetic. Tom uses dynamic exercises that seem to have real world application. As a result, I'm feeling muscles I didn't know I had. Although I might be an atypical client (age 60, many old injuries), I feel right at home in the facility.
