  I have been a regular client at this store since 2015. We purchased two car batteries at this store in late 2018, one purchase was on December 12, 2018. For the past three weeks, that battery started to lose its charge. I either had to drive the car daily, or put it on a fast charger to get the battery usable. Then, I remembered the two-year free replacement option that Advance Auto Parts offers. Today, I called this store and spoke to Trevor about the failing battery. He looked up my account and confirmed that the battery is eligible for free replacement.
  I put a quick-charge on the battery, got the car started, and drove straight over to Advance Auto on 92nd. Trevor was the person who helped me out at the counter, and Joe helped to confirm that the battery was eligible for replacement at no cost. They gave me a receipt to confirm the transaction.
  
  Then, Trevor wheeled the new battery out to the car, and did the removal and replacement of the old with the new battery.
  
  Trevor is helpful, friendly, professional, efficient, and knows the business; all of the great things that a customer wants to find in customer
  service at a store like Advance Auto Parts. Even though I have to drive a bit to get to this store now, I will continue to do business at this store because of how quickly and efficiently Trevor and Joe got my purchase confirmed, got me up and running and on my way with a brand new replacement battery.
  
  I am now ready for winter, and thankful for the great customer service that started with Trevor answering the phone at Advance Auto
  on 92nd Avenue this afternoon!! Great job and Thank You Trevor!!

  This place is THE BEST! Been here a few times and each time has been as expected or better but this time was exceptionally great and seems on par with this specific location. Came in with a 2011 MDX with failing/low battery charge. Needed working asap for work so pre-ordered battery before heading on over.
  
  After arriving I was greated by the team and Chris specifically. Told Chris I ordered new battery online but wasn't sure about mine needing replacement. Chris was incredibly engaged, tested my battery and since mine was within warranty went the extra effort to find my documentation for warranty replacement. After working with the manager they were able to verify my previous purchase through my Advanced Auto account (despite me not having the clearly required docs on hand) and were able to replace my battery for free and refunded my new battery order. This saved me over $200 which I didn't expect but greatly appreciate. Chris also did the battery replacement on the spot and ensured I was good to go before departing.
  
  I can't say enough great things about this location and will come here for all my car needs they are able to fulfill. Thanks again to an amazing team!
