She works with your body to relax and release the knots in your back, neck, etc. Before I had my massage with Irene I had given up on finding a good masseuse. In addition to being a great massage therapist, she is a wonderful yoga teacher. Meticulous, kind and honest in helping you stretch and strengthen your body with yoga poses. Get ready to work in your poses because you will be tired when she is done teaching. Overall, I recommend Bridge Therapy to anyone who needs help conditioning their body.

I have been to see her a few times now, she was able to physically help me but I love the integration of polarity and energy work. She obviously knows what she’s doing and creates a a magical treatment and setting. I feel her treatments helped me shift on many levels.

Not only is she at the top of her game in terms of traditional massage but she also blends her advanced polarity training and yogic philosophy for an experience that rejuvenates and heals the entire body and soul. She also has a very high degree of professionalism - it is clear she has been doing this for a long time. She clearly is the very best of the best - I highly recommend a treatment or a private yoga session.
