  We are so glad we found Simply Floors. They did a fantastic job with everything, and it really feels like the way that floors should be able to be bought. I was kind of lost looking through all of the flooring options available. Then Elizabeth came to our house with her mobile store and she helped provide us real options and let us see what they look like in our house. Then she helped us move through the installation process quickly, efficiently, and effectively. The floors were installed beautifully and they luckily had room in their schedule very soon after our appointment. Our floors look great and I'm so happy that we were able to have Elizabeth's designer eye to help us!

  From first contact to the completed job, this was the most positive home upgrade experience! They sent Elizabeth, salesperson, to our home with so many samples. You can see how the LVT planks look in your home's lighting and against your furniture! Her eye for color was so helpful. Absolutely no pressure...it was fun!
  Communication from the office on installation was up to date and much appreciated. Great customer service; we always knew what was going to happen and when it was going to happen.
  The installation team (Gaby, Adriano, & Fabio) were excellent. Professional, friendly, so efficient and worked to very hard. Their attention to detail and expert installation skills made for a perfect job. They went above and beyond to please me.
  Lastly, their prices beat the competition by $3000! Small businesses rock and I was so happy to give them our business.
  What a team, hands down, just the best experience!

  We had a great experience with Simply Floors! We had a challenging situation, installing hardwood to replace carpet on 3 flights of stairs. We had to coordinate with 4 different flooring materials (different on each floor).
  
  The estimator was professional and respectful, and brought a good variety of samples for her in-home estimate. Even though we didn't find something at that time, it was great to have such choices. She was also great in-store, working with me to find the best flooring.
  
  Their prices were great, almost half that of a competitor. We ended up being able to get the same hardwood that the builder had installed on our main floor. The cost of hardwood was pretty much the same price as LVT.
  
  The scheduling process was easy, except the scheduler was about to schedule us for a 1-day installation; I let her know the estimator said 2 days.
  
  The installers were good as well, respectful, professional, and skilled and did a good job with the installation. They walked around for an orientation of the spaces, then left us alone all day so we could work. It took all the 2 days, going slightly into the evening, but the installers cleaned everything up very well, walked around with us for an inspection.
  
  If I ever had to replace any other flooring, I'd go with Simply Floors again. I hope this review has helped you!

  It was such a delightful experience! They re-did all my flooring with laminate and carpet, entire house top to bottom. Their installers with polite and professional. The design experience with Elizabeth was so much fun! The picture is from in the middle of the project - but I LOVE my laminate - such a transformation!

  I found Simply Floors after an awful experience at another place (think orange aprons). I was so frustrated at the time but as soon as I met Elizabeth P. I knew they were going to be great to work with. It really was the most simple process so I think the name Simply Floors suits them well! Everything was easy, from scheduling the measurements, getting the quote right away, having the exact floor I wanted, to the install. I work full time so I couldn’t be home during the flooring installation, no problem for them. Moving furniture, no problem. Reusing my trim, also no problem. These were all issues I would’ve had with the orange apron people (not to mention a higher price tag). I can’t wait to use them again!
