I was on a road trip when my car broke down right outside Denver. I had it taken to a different mechanic, and they took a week and a half to tell me there was an electrical problem. I couldn’t wait any longer so I called around and this place was the first to pick up and get me an appointment the next day. They were able to fix my car in less than 24 hours and get me back on the road. Would 100% come here again if I’m ever in Denver, they were very professional and understanding, and I am amazed by them! The price was also pretty reasonable.

I've been bringing my Bronco II here (and the old location across the street) since 1992. They're knowledgeable, professional, friendly and won't charge you for something you don't need. The best place in town.

Most of the crew is really considerate and friendly but I was told several different things by the same employee and so I’m not very trusting and would not consider going back. They were awesome in helping me get settled after my van was towed there from Frisco but I could not even get a straight answer on what was done. No documentation of the work for other employees. I chose not to go back and saved twice what I would have spent for the second repair. I’m disappointed because I wanted to like these guys. They did shuttle me too which was a plus They do accommodate in every way possible. But a straight answer for what you charge for the work would be appreciated. Thanks for what you did do!

The staff here look out for the best interest of their customers in a way that I've never experienced with another auto shop. I dealt in particular with Devon, the staff manager, who repeatedly went out of his way to find me the best deal and get my car back on the road as quickly as possible. These guys really saved me, more than once! They go beyond just being a trusted mechanic, they have your back in every way possible. Excellent customer service.
