She found me on Facebook, messaged me and let me know she had found my purse. The fact that she took the time to do that will make me a customer for life. If higher ups are reading this, Hailey deserves a raise!!! Best customer service I had ever received by far. Thank you so much. You have no idea how stressed I was.
