Came here while out of town for work. Lens popped out of my glasses. Wasn't a client and they were willing to help me anyway. Greatly appreciate the help.

What a great experience my girlfriend and I had here! Diane took care of us and explained all of the complicated options in a way that we could understand. She gave us an exam with that eye machine and dialed in the perfect prescription for us both. The quality and selection of the frames were far greater than the last optical place I went to, and the prices were way better. And I must say the building is incredible, a beautiful fireplace in the center with high vaulted wood ceilings. It was the best experience I have ever had at an optical store, and I highly recommend Mountain View optical!

Michelle and Diane are two of the nicest and most accommodating people anyone could meet. When my glasses broke, Michelle was able to fix them with some spare parts—saving me the cost of buying new glasses. And, when my wife decided to buy new glasses, both women were so knowledgeable and helpful about the style and fit that would look great and meet her needs. It is good to see these new young owners work so hard for their customers. We will definitely come back again!

Excellent customer service. They helped me get exactly the glasses I wanted and helped me get my screw back in my glasses when I accidentally broke them. Definitely recommend.
