(October 4, 2019, 7:29 pm)Nice RV park close to town and RMNP. Bathrooms and laundry are new and very clean. The views are gorgeous. The sites are dirt and not level. The first night we got in(Sunday)we did not a picnic table. I check in next am ask for one and they said if you see one take it. We were lucky that 1/2 park was leaving that day. I would suggest to the owner buy more tables so everyone has one. Little things like this go a long way especially when you have been on the road all day. We would stay again.

(September 1, 2019, 1:55 am)I have lived in Estes Park for six years and I am embarrassed to admit I have never been to Elk Meadow Lodge before. I had heard that it was groovy and special, but I had no idea how right those words were until recently. I highly endorse a visit now that I have spent a night cutting a rug with locals and campers and maiden voyagers on a vibrant dance floor over the Labor Day weekend. Further- the Lodge is historic. You will see the original architecture from another time. Everything about this place is charming- especially the service. You are well hosted when you pop in. And people from all over join you on the dance floor. I am thankful I finally had a Saturday night off to take my friend's advice.

(August 21, 2019, 2:03 pm)This is a huge park, and they have a lot of amenities. The hosts were nice, and the facilities are well maintained. The spots could have been more level, but they're not bad. You're nestled in close the RMNP, and all that comes with that. Birds and ground squirrels everywhere. Then there's the sudden gusts of wind and the occasional bear (I had one rip my refrigerator cover off of the outside of my RV). Cell service is pretty good for most major carriers. They don't have any TV signal, but they do have satellite on the pedestal. I like this park, and I will be back - with a steel-reinforced RV.
