We've just started Pathways for my mom, and all I can say is AMAZING, ,AMAZING, ,this team of caregivers is beyond anything I was expecting...I'm blown away with their compassion and all they do.
Great place, great people who care
The professionals at Pathways are truly Angels on earth! When my father became terminally ill in early February, my mother and I had to make some fast decisions. The PA and Palitative professionals at McKee Hospital in Loveland met with us right away and recommended that we call Pathways. They sent an Admissions professional to our home right away and everything we needed was delivered. During his last week at home, he was truly at rest because of the care he received. Care professionals visited, medications were delivered and his end of life was with dignity. Dad passed quietly on 2/14/‘19, Valentines Day ❤️
Thank you from my heart Pathways!
Pathways was a life saver for our family. We were losing our father and we were struggling with his care and keeping him comfortable. Pathways took an incredibly difficult situation and came alongside us, not only helping us with my dad, but giving us the comfort and support we needed. These people are truly angels. Thank you for your help and kindness as we walked this path...
My daughter passed away with Pathways Hospice. The staff are so kind and caring and supportive. I wouldn't have gotten through the experience without them. 4 months later I'm still coming to them for grief counseling. No better place!!!!
Following months of research and collaboration, a coalition of about 20 law enforcement partners, government agencies, and school districts launched a multi-tiered gun safety awareness campaign. Pathways of Northern Colorado (hospice): 970-663-3500.
