Wonderful food, kind staff, clean, and everyone is so attractive!

Michael and his team were WONDERFUL to work with (we were married at Brookside Gardens). From the get go, I could tell that he was going to provide phenomenal service. He really put us at ease, we knew he would take care of everything. The buffet was absolutely beautiful and we got a ton of compliments about the food! Our day would not have been the same without him!!

Michael and his Behind-the-Scenes team hosted an elegant wedding reception for my son and his bride at Tapestry House in Ft. Collins this past August. The food, presentation, and service were outstanding. I wish I had the appetite to try everything at the buffet! Michael is so personable - a pleasure to work with during the planning stages. I compliment Michael for his attention to detail. He showed genuine concern when asking how the bride and groom were holding up. He sought me out at the beginning of the reception to make sure I had a drink. And he was at the carving station during the buffet, not only to serve but to attend to special concerns like vegetarian dishes. I look forward to another opportunity to engage Behind-the-Scenes. Five stars in all respects!
