  Not only is it an amazing building but even better customer service! Jody was an amazing, humble person to speak with and beyond helpful in our decision to selecting our unit as it was our first time looking into storage units and lucking out on our first try! Highly recommend with such great pricing and hospitality.

  This storage facility itself is great!... climate controlled, spacious units, easy access and very clean and well kept!
  We got a very good rate upon move-in and signing up was a breeze.
  However the real star of the show is Jody, the manager.
  He is extremely helpful, pleasant and honestly one of the nicest, most genuine people I’ve met in quite a while.
  He definitely went above and beyond to help us on more than one occasion, was even able to refer a local company that helped us last minute with loading/unloading and it turned out to be a great value & experience as well.
  
  Highly recommend this place!

  Had/have a great experience at Storage Star! Looked in the surrounding area and they were the most affordable. Called them up and the manager was super friendly. About 20 minutes I was filling up my storage unit! Clean, secure facility and can’t say enough about the customer support I received. 6/5 stars!

  Clean, well kept facility. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer service. 24 hour surveillance so I have peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe - plus I received a phone call letting me know that I had left my unit unlocked, and Jeremy offered to put a lock on it before he closed up for the night. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  This storage facility actually made having to move twice and store our stuff in the meantime somewhat bearable. Jody and the rest of the front office staff were a delight work with. The storage units themselves were immaculately clean, and even our outside unit was temperature controlled, even though they can't technically sell it that way. There is actually space to navigate and reach the units with a moving truck, which we had to do..... twice. The cost was more than fair, as well. If I could give this place and their staff 10 stars, I would!!
