(October 6, 2019, 12:59 pm)I moved here from Greeley about a year ago and have been looking for a mechanic in Loveland. I took my vehicle into L1 because I had an issue that had eluded other techs. Greg was able to diagnose the problem in short order, and it's now fixed. It's nice to have that search over, and now I know where to take my car when maintenance is needed.

Greg the owner is a great guy that will take time to talk with you and offer alternative solutions to problems if there are any to offer. He and his knowledge base has earned my business over the last 8 years. Tim the lead Mechanic's attention to detail is second to none. He truly loves his craft and it shows. I recommend this shop to all of my friends when they are asking where to go. This shop gets busy so if you need some work and it is a few days out before they can get you in and you can wait then I recommend you wait it is worth it. -

(November 28, 2018, 1:20 pm)I am beyond pleased with L1 Automotive. I chose them initially a couple of years ago because they had a towing service which I needed since my car wouldn't start. They fixed it up and I was happily on my way. Since then, I have received texts from Greg, the owner, just checking in to see how my car was running, and to remind me when I need oil changes. I've been back to them for all of my maintenance and repairs since then. Just last week I brought my car for an oil change and to have my back brake light replaced, as my friend told me it was out. They easily could have charged me for changing a bulb, but instead they let me know I didn't have any lights out. AND, they gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off, and picked me up when it was ready. No other mechanic I have been to has done these things for me. They are kind and honest and do great work at an affordable price! I recommend them to anyone who has a car!
