    These guys get an A+ from me. We purchased a Grand Designs Reflection 5th wheel from Cousins recently. I also purchased a BW Slider hitch for my truck from them and had them install it. Everybody I worked with there was professional and patient. We visited and worked closely with several dealerships in the area before settling on a dealer and unit. This was our second trailer purchase and I can say that Cousins commitment to customer satisfaction is among the best. Negotiations went smoothly, trade allowance was fair and there were no surprises. I brought an issue to their attention after bringing the unit home and they resolved it immediately despite cost on their end without any argument whatsoever. Their concern for customer satisfaction is uncommon and very valuable. I’ve dealt directly with 3 dealerships in the area and these guys are in a class of their own. Dave, Aaron, Ty, Ken took great care of us in Colorado Springs and James, Jordan and Garrison in the service department in Loveland prepped our truck and hitch. Ken spent a long time walking us through everything in the new fifth wheel and Ty ensured we got out the door safely and helped me overcome some first-timer jitters with towing a fifth wheel, suggesting an alternate route back to Fort Collins from the C-Springs lot. I have to say I am impressed with this dealership.

    Best prices, friendly staff all around. Knowledgeable and helpful. Better Rvs for better price than camping world and other places

    Good service. So many places won't service your RV/trailer unless you bought it from them. They do their best to take care of everyone. People are friendly. Because of their service I would buy my next trailer from them.

    Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable very willing to work with you. Not pushy, and very truthful. Will do business there again. Employee turnover doesn't happen. Great experience. Thank you!
