There are so few in house jewelry producers left, most "jewelers" don't even have a bench jeweler on staff so any repair, sizing, ect. is shipped out of state to a factory. Even cuts her own stones. While I haven't ever bought from her as a former bench jeweler myself I have the utmost respect for her.
