I engaged Chris to replace gutters on a barn and fix some hail damage on the roof. He was very responsive, timely, and the work completed was excellent. Highly recommended.

Chris installed new gutters and downspouts for my home in Loveland. He provided me a fair quote and did a great job with the installation. Chris C of RockyTop Total Roofing, LLC came out to quote repairing 17 chipped and broken tiles on my roof. Estimate seemed fair. In line with other quotes. He looked for weeks to find the tiles he needed. We weren’t on a time schedule so we appreciated him trying to find the closest match to our 18 year old roof. He found a tile boneyard in Denver that had tiles that matched pretty close. He’s very responsive and kept us informed of his progress. He sent plenty of pictures of our broken tiles on the roof and also pictures after he replaced them. He also remounted a gutter that was sagging. Would highly recommend

I called three different folks to get someone to help me with a gutter that was dumping water into my window well and causing major flooding in my basement. More storms were coming and I was beside myself with what to do. No one could come except Chris! He got right to me, and was there in a few hours and not only assessed the situation but fixed it! He also recommended at a later date, installing some screens to keep my gutters from clogging. It was a lot cheaper than the Big Guys wanting to sell you upwards in the thousands and much more efficient.
So Yesterday, Chris completed installing the screens and I am so pleased with how everything turned out. Chris was so easy to work with and returned texts in a timely fashion and also took pictures of everything he did. I found him to be a breath of fresh air in a world that feels less and less user friendly.

I called several contractors to get a bid on replacing gutters on my home that I was remodeling and Chris was the one I chose. He was quick to respond and knowledgeable. I was on a timeframe and Chris was prompt, professional and did a fantastic job! He is my go to guy for any future projects! Thanks Chris!!!
