Red Van Appliance Repairs is the only place you should call for an appliance issue. I received the highest level of customer service. The washer would not drain and was not sure if it was a plumbing or appliance issue. I just needed someone to take a look at the problem. Customer service was very attentive to the problem and was able to fit me in the schedule the same day!
Steven was assigned for the repairs and confirmed it was an appliance issue. I really appreciated the time he took to explain what needed to be done and you can tell he is a technician with many of years of experience. Found a bobby pin among others and washer was fixed. He checked the system many times before he left to make sure all systems were running correctly.
I would give a 10 star rating if I could and would highly recommend Steven at Red Van Appliance to anyone!
My husband I just had the pleasure of having Steve Dorward repair our temperamental Samsung refrigerator. He was very personable and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He received a call from us at 9 a.m. and was to our house promptly at noon. I could not ask for better service. Please know I am not Steve's mom writing this review!
Red Van always fixes our washers and dryers at work (hair salon with multiple locations) and they are very prompt with scheduling us as soon as possible. They are very professional and honest.
