(April 1, 2019, 1:32 pm)They arrived on time and set up very quickly. There was little to no dust while they did their work. They carefully put drop-cloths everywhere, (there's still snow on the ground and on my roof). The chimney had several years of buildup, and was unsafe even to the eyes of a layman. They explained the issues the woodstove and chimney had, and educated me to know what to look for. Even with extra work and an estimate on replacing my water heater and furnace, they were done within the original time window. I will use them from now on.

He and his assistant were friendly, polite and professional. True pros.

They dealt with a lot of unexpected issues with grace and smiles and made me feel completely cared for and safe in heating my home. Sadly our chimneys had not been cleaned in years and were not installed correctly... Terry & Keith were very professional with dealing with it. Seriously great guys! They both went above and beyond to do their jobs and educate us on the safety of heating our home. I am overly impressed with this mountain business and the employees they do business with. I will be happy to use again come next year.

They are patient, take their time to explain available options, gave whatever discounts they could, and were very conscientious and careful with the installation, and left my home clean.
