Sleep Number

Just purchased a bed yesterday. Rob really did a great job explaining our options we received a great price on all we purchased. I would highly recommend this store and our salesman Rob.

Michelle was great! Our shopping experience was amazing, interactive and quick! She discussed in detail what each bed offers and helped us find our sleep number. If you are looking for a new bed be sure to see her!

The sales staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The only complaint I have is Sleep Number does not have a mattress protector that fits the size bed we ordered from them. The mattress cover that has the 10 year warranty coverage.

Can’t say enough about how nice and help Michelle has been. So glad we waited till we got here from Texas to Colorado to make the purchase. We feel as though we have made a new friend!

Went to the store to plan buying a bed three weeks ago, sales associates were great, showed the beds and helped us choose the one for us and gave us a quote. Went back two weeks ago and ordered bed, protector pad (10 year warranty) and sheets specific to our bed. Surprising we were told our bed could be delivered within two weeks (usually take a few months from what I’ve heard.) Our protector pad showed Tuesday of this week but no sheets so we called customer service and they said they were on the way. Our bed got delivered yesterday but unfortunately our sheets got lost in transit. How frustrating to have a new bed waiting to fall in but no sheets. Went to the sleep number store and they were very kind and helped me find some sheets for my bed and hooked me up so I’d be able to sleep in my new bed. I tell you, last night’s sleep was amazing!
