  Super service! Very well organized and lovely family running it. We stayed one night ($42) of the July 4th weekend and they insisted we enjoy some of their “cookout” and they had fireworks for the kids at 9pm. They also sell propane and have a large fenced dog park

  The owner is super nice and so helpful. She gave us 2 Pull-thru, FHU sites, one for our camper and one for our truck, although we really didn't need it...the sites are plenty wide enough to park both our camper & truck.. Sites were on Gravel and very level. Hook ups were well placed. Be sure to use a water filter, their well water has a high iron content.
  Campground is about midway between, Colorado Springs, Canon City, and Bishop Castle. Weather was nice and cool...wish we'd stayed 2 weeks.
  Laudry was only $1 a load and clean...but only one washer and one dryer. Don't wash white clothes here...I learned the hard way. They will turn a lovely shade of orange due to the high iron content in the well water.
  Didn't use pool (too cold, not heated) or showers.
  We are Sr. Full timers and we travel with no kids or pets.
  We have a 35ft trsvel trailer + crew cab pickup.

  Stored my RV here for a month, no complaints, staff was friendly and courtious. Would use again.

  great place for a stop over, very friendly owner. The water is so brown and smells so we didn't hook up even with a water filter.

  This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Great location between Pueblo and Canon City area attractions. Quiet and spacious sites. Very clean and well maintained campground. The lady running the place was super nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.!
