Jennifer Erdley is the "Best" Real Estate Agent "Lady" my wife and I have had the privilege to do business with. She is the most confident, professional and very personable individual we have had the privilege to be associated with. We've purchased four homes in my active duty military career of 20+ years, and now in my current Civil Service Career of 18 years. This without a doubt was our best and most pleasurable experience. Jennifer was in contact every step of the home purchasing process to ensure everything was completed and ready for closing. I was out of the local area, and she recommended a inspector and attended the home inspection. She provided the contact information for the utilities with names. Jennifer came to our (previous home purchases never happened) closing and provided lunch and a very nice gift basket as a congratulatory / welcome to Woodland Park Community gesture. It was a great experience! Can't comment enough positive words about Jennifer.... We had the the pleasure of working with Stephanie Tanis in selling both my parents' Woodland Park home and lot after they passed away. I cannot say enough about Stephanie's dedication not only to selling the home, but to helping us out during a very tough time. I could not have made it through the sale of these properties without the extra work that Stephanie did that most homeowners would have to do themselves. Stephanie regularly went to the home and identified all needed repairs and made all arrangements for getting these repairs taken care of. All I had to do is write the checks. There was one time, when she spent hours in the cold searching for the septic tank, literally digging in the dirt trying to find it herself before she met with the septic guy! Stephanie gave me advice, was always very kind and was extremely accessible and easy to work with. I highly recommend Stephanie and her entire Re/Max team for all real estate needs in Woodland Park.

Just closed on my house today! Couldn't have had a better experience with Jannette Huismann as my realtor! She worked non stop to find me the right home in the woodland park area. I was extremely picky about the things I wanted in my new home and she stuck to the criteria I provided her. I ended up with a great home north of Woodland Park at a fair price and even made friends with the sellers of the home. She works extremely well with former military and has a great sense of humor.
