Fitness 1440 is FAR better than your average gym. It’s extremely well kept, clean, organized, and professional. The staff/trainers are very welcoming and helpful. I’d honestly say 1440 feels more like a family than just a gym. Combine this with nice equipment, 24 hour access, and a very delicious smoothie bar, you’ve got the perfect gym.
Convenient location. 24 hr access. 3 day free trial. Reasonable gym membership fees. New equipment. Clean with easily accessible cleaning supplies. Smoothie bar & good selection of energy drinks (wish it was a vending machine for 24 hrs access). Overall this gym is really solid and stands out in the area.
LOVE this gym. So happy there’s a gym like this around the area, not too packed, plenty of different options, and the people are kind and welcoming. Been going here for a while and recommend it to everyone I know!
Nice atmosphere with a small local gym feel, even though it’s a franchise. All the basic gym equipment/machines plus 2 power racks, another 2 squat racks w/ Olympic platforms & bumper plates, and a handful of bench racks so you never have to wait for one to open.
This is a great, local option for when you want to stay fit and avoid packing on those pandemic pounds. There are all kinds of fitness classes including interval training, workouts to get you breathing hard, and yoga. All of these options are available for a price that won’t break the bank!
What I appreciated most was how it felt to be there. It was positive and fun, nothing about 1440 fitness feels like its too much. The trainers are encouraging and work hard to keep everyone motivated, and the other customers are the same.
That being said, workouts were never too easy and they didn’t let me coast. I like to be pushed – I know that’s when you’re going to take things to the next level. That kind of positive, “move harder” vibe gets me the results I need and keeps me coming back.
