  We had a great experience with this dealership. They were friendly, answered all of our questions, and easy to communicate with. We were, and still are, very happy with the used RV we purchased from them. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the extended service warranty by United States Warranty Corporation they sell is worthless. We understand a used vehicle may have some service needs. We thought we were buying peace of mind when we purchased the extended warranty. What we purchased instead was aggravation, frustration and what appears to be insurance fraud. We've filed two claims and both have been denied. Both parts were covered by the policy. However, you need to prove what caused the part to fail. If you can't, it's denied. If you are able to, it's listed as an exclusion. And it appears anything that causes a part to fail is excluded. On top of that, they don't return phone calls, even when they promise to do so. Every contact was initiated by U.S., often hearing the person we wanted to speak with was not available. Our next step will be to request to paperwork to file for a cancellation of the policy. If that process goes anything like all of our other contacts with them did, I'll have a bottle of whisky handy so I can drinks shots during our conversations to make the process less painful. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership, they were great. Just steer clear of the warranty. It's not worth your time, money, or sanity.

  Very knowledgeable and friendly. They really took time to show us around and answer all of our questions even though we weren't yet ready to buy. Wish I could remember the name of the sales man that helped us. He was so helpful.
