(February 27, 2019, 11:25 am)Dr. Heinrichs and his head nurser lorry are amazing. Dr. Heinrichs was the on call doctor the night my daughter was born. She had some health issues when born. Even though he was not her doctor at the time and we had a peds doctor for her he still came back several times to check on her. Before we left we the hospital we made him her primary care doctor. I have never second guessed his opinion. He always gives information from both a doctors point of view as well as a parents. Their office always encourages you to call with any concern you may have about your kids. I have always received a call back shortly after calling,if they are not able to answer the phone immediately. nine years later I am still as happy with the care the give my now two girls.

(December 14, 2018, 8:51 pm)My family has been seeing Dr. Heinrichs since both of my children were infants (that’s been about 6 years now!). I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Heinrichs is. He is more than willing to take the time to really listen to and talk with us about all of our questions and concerns, no matter how great or small. I have never felt rushed through an appointment, and I believe he really cares about the well-being of my children. Dr. Heinrichs is incredibly knowledgeable, and has helped us navigate some difficult medical situations with compassion, honesty, and positivity.
My children are always excited to go visit Dr. Heinrichs, and look forward to their annual wellness exams as though the visit to the doctor is a very special treat. Dr. Heinrichs has a wonderful demeanor with kids. He is playful and funny with my children, while also respecting them each as their own person.
Dr. Heinrichs has gone out of his way to meet the needs of my family, and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found him! -
