  Dean helped me with the initial purchase of the vehicle. He was very helpful and patient.
  Jordan helped me with finance side of things. He was so great and informative!
  There was an issue with my bank getting paid for the remainder of my trade in loan.. but Jordan was able to resolve it quickly and kept me informed as much as he could regarding the issue.
  Very happy with the purchase and with the service I received from both Jordan and Dean.

  Sent an email to Off-Road Automotive about a car I was interested in, and Luis Luna promptly responded with all the information I needed to make the purchase. I live 2 and 1/2 hours away so I needed to be assured the car was "as advertised". I was not disappointed, had a few items that need addressed, and they with out hesitation took care of me.   After many failed attempts, Andy, Dean and Jason went to work and were able to get me financed literally within 24hrs and trust me, my credit is...well let's just say if someone stole my identity it would be for rehearsal purposes lol, but they worked their magic and got me into a very nice and well maintained luxury brand car that I didnt honestly think I would even qualify for. But they made the process so smooth and clean. Just a little note, it helps a whole lot when you can have your information readily available (pay stubs, insurance, verification docs, etc) because when you make it easy for them they definitely make it easy for you. It was painless and I basically arrived there, did my test drive and signed my paperwork. And when I say it is a awesome place to get a car, that's an understatement. And if you have kids that will be coming along with you, the only thing you'll have to worry about is getting your kids to leave. Being born in '79, I was in awe when I walked in and anyone who grew up during that time will see why when you go visit. They have an awesome selection of vehicles and the team there is like visiting good friends. And trust me when I say they have a network that can help you with getting your car right (tires, tint, audio, etc). So if you're looking for a stress free place to shop for your next car, please let me encourage you to go visit my good friends at Off-Road Automtoive!! You won't regret it.   They immediately serviced a small coolant leak I was experiencing after leaving the lot - no hassle about it, took care of a loose gasket to fix the leak at no cost and did a thorough inspection for other potential issues. I appreciate the mechanic and staff for their support!
