Community Center Park

Fun park, friendly kids, learned about a "new" game called Groundies. Never played it before today.

The city of Fort Lupton takes excellent care of this park (all their parks really), I wish I could say the same for the residence, who seem to enjoy trashing the place frequently. Still it's a nice park to walk my dogs, and a lot of people you meet are friendly; you have a fair chance to strike up a good conversation with people you might meet here. It also has a horseshoe area, how many parks can offer that. There's a small children's playground, soccer field, volleyball sand cort, and covered picnic area. They even have dispensers for doggy bags, if you know what I mean. I enjoy this park. Oh, I almost forgot, at the South End of the park there is a Grove of trees that give you a large amount of shade, my dogs love this area.

The grass on the field is hard and pointy but dogs la will love the open space.

This place has a couple indoor pools , gym with a lot of exercise machinery, climbing hill, and meeting rooms to rent for special events. I am not sure of fees but we had a birthday party in one of the conference rooms which had a kitchen and indoor tables and chairs.
It is a clean and a seemly well run center with friendly staff. I didn't explore the outside park that surrounds the building.
