I was trying to sell a house that had a cigarette smoke odor from a previous tenant. The house was passed up many times by prospective buyers due to the odor. SERVPRO put in an ozone generator for 24 hours and that took care of the odor immediately. The house went under contract days later and sold. Barb, Luke, and my tech were so helpful and responsive! I want to give a great big thank you to Josh and Ryan for all their help, expertise and advice when I recently had a pipe break that flooded my downstairs bedroom. They arrived within an hour of my call and immediately went to work tearing out carpet pad and getting fans and a di-humidifier running. They were both great about answering the many questions I had about the process of the clean up. They also recommended a great plumber that was able to come out that same afternoon so that I could get my water turned back on. They suggested purchasing battery operated moisture detectors which I had never heard of and contractors that could help with the repair work that is going to be necessary. When a person is in this type of situation it is extremely helpful to be able to obtain the names of plumbers, contractors, repairmen that come recommended instead of me trying to seek out these people myself. John and Ryan are professionals that are knowledgeable about what they do and did everything they could to make the ugly reality of a flood as bearable as possible. Servpro definitely made a great decision in hiring both of these men. Brenda Quesenberry
