Elijah is the kindest human and will meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Everyone at The Farm is warm and welcoming, like a big family. I personally am not training to fight - I go to PKT for a phenomenal workout and to connect with lovely people. 🙌🏼🙏🏼
