  I can not praise Ryan Green enough. He is an Exceptional Realtor!
  God placed him in our life as we were merely looking at "open houses" and he happened to be hosting one that we looked at. We knew right away, by chatting with Ryan that he was a great person, honest, polite and forthcoming. Ryan is a genuine guy.
  We asked him to help us in our venture to find the perfect home for us. We found one that we thought would be a "dream home". Ryan had an appointment to See this home right away. He worked hard to ensure we had all information regarding this home/HOA'S etc...He was always extremely professional as well. He had information (Very Knowledgeable) we needed and all questions we had for him, all answered quickly, which was a blessing. Ryan made purchasing this home so stress free! I will say, that I've met a lot of Realtors in my day, but No one like Ryan. He truly Is the Best!
  I Highly recommend Ryan Green, and will use him for our Realtor expertise in the future.

  Last year my husband and I decided we were ready to start looking for our retirement home in Loveland Colorado. Ryan and The Dominic East Team helped us find the perfect home that offered acreage, was ready for horses and included water rights. They were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the transaction and were easy to get ahold of any time we had any questions. I would recommend Ryan and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

  Dominic has been my go to realtor for ten years now and during this period he's helped me through the sale and purchase of 3 homes. In every sale and purchase he has made the process very easy and a great experience for my family. He has great market knowledge and experience going through both the market highs and lows. Also unlike most realtors, he has a massive amount of knowledge about construction. Everything from the foundation and framing of a home to tile work and roofing. This kind of value is something I benefit from years after I purchase a home. Dominic is a great guy and I would highly recommend him.
