  I want to thank Dr. Dan for opening this gym and encouraging me to try it. I have never been to a gym and worked out - only walking, riding bikes, and hand weights. So this was out of my comfort zone a ton!!! Michael is so patient, easy going and non judgmental, that he makes it easy to feel good about exercising. I have noticed so much difference in myself. In 6 weeks with exercise and better eating I have lost 15 pounds. Thank you Michael!!!

  Dr. Dan is the best chiropractor I have seen!! He has helped me so much after my car accident.The laser really helped me recover so much faster. I really appreciate the hour he offers. You can come in the day as well as in the evenings. I like how you can just drop in, you do not have to have an appointment. I also have the opportunity to learn how to use the exercise equipment, and work out with Micheal. He is teaching me how to work out using the correct techniques.

  Love my work out! Its easy to learn, fun to do and Michael listens and is fun to work with, no have fun with! Highly recommend no matter the level of fitness. I am seeing results just after 2 weeks and just 30 minutes a workout!

  WOW! I love working out here! I am a runner, and have a hard time doing other workouts. I am having fun, working hard and keeping my body guessing what is coming next. I feel comfortable here and have a lot of help to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly as to gain max benefit as well as to not hurt myself. I have already noticed a huge difference in my posture and core strength. I am hooked!
