Christian Brothers Automotive Firestone Blvd

This was my first time ever using Christian Brothers. I was met with a friendly person who did a good job of getting me scheduled for an oil change. On the day of service, once again I was greeted in a friendly manner. I was given a brief explanation of the service to be performed. They met all of my expectations and completed the service quickly even though they were fairly busy. Cost is an important factor for most people, and I paid more than I wanted to for an oil change, but it is not totally their fault due to the high inflation and our government’s position on the fossil fuel industry that has driven prices higher. Plus, I respect the person who stated that they have held up on raising prices for now, but will do so in August or September. Definitely a good place to have your vehicle worked on!

The tech advisor was incredibly nice and humble! The waiting area is the best I’ve been to by far. The shuttle is very helpful and I think my car was worked on as it should. I don’t know much about cars but I feel I can trust CBA. Their name comes with a huge expectation and I think they live up to it.

I’ve always had a great experience with Christian Brothers! Even though I didnt need to utilize their shuttle service, it’s awesome that it was provided for me if necessary. Multiple people checked on my son and I while we waited in the lobby. The job was done very quickly (even though I know that’s not guaranteed every time since they’re popular). My tech was Brady! It’s always comforting to drive home feeling safe knowing the job was done right. All for a reasonable price. Every person I communicated with was so kind and informative. Thank you! See you soon :)

These guys are awesome. I walked in off the street with a pump and pulley on hand. I asked if they'd be able to press it on and what they'd charge.

I called beforehand and was told to drop it off and a tech would get to it in a day or two. Not a big deal as I wasn't in a rush.

2 or 3 minutes go by and the tech comes back and asks a few questions. They come out 5 or so minutes later and they pressed my pulley on and didn't charge me a dime. It's 2022 and you just don't get that level of service anymore.

10/10 for this place and I do A LOT of wrenching in my spare time. This has to be the cleanest and most professional shop I've ever seen. Will absolutely come back for anything I need in the future!

Excellent service. Sometimes things go wrong--because humans are not machines. But, when they do, you own the situation and fix it. Christian Brothers went way above and beyond to fix a situation for me. I've never felt so valued by an automotive business. They are transparent, honest, kind and 100% customer focused. Customer Experience is my line of work, so I have very high standards. They exceeded them. I can't recommend them highly enough.
