  We had an issue with our in-line water heater ceasing to function in the middle of a significant storm. Despite what must be a very high volume time for him, the owner took the time to explain some possible causes and arrange to come over himself within 2 hours. My wife was able to correct the issue herself based on his suggestions. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant man who was more interested in helping us than in logging a service call and a repair. Uncommon these days. Deserves the highest recommendation.

  My mother-in-Iaw's water heater went out. I called Steve at 6PM. He was out first thing in the morning and had her hot water working before she was up. High Country Plumbing is honest and reliable. They have been our choice for our plumbing needs for years and continue to be and we recommend them to you too.

  We have used High Country Plumbing twice since we recently moved into an existing home in Windsor. They were able to come replace our water heater and 3 toilets within 1 week after they were contacted. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a nice clean installation. Steve is knowledgeable and has many years of experience as he is 2nd generation plumber. His son works with him and is also knowledgeable. We were so pleased with their work ethic that we again had them come back to install a new kitchen granite sink, faucet, and disposal.
  
  I can highly recommend High Country Plumbing and I will keep them at the top of my list should I ever need a plumber.

  We've trusted Steve and Josh to professionally complete any plumbing job for at least the past 5 years now. They've installed new water heaters, replaced faucets, repaired toilets, and even fixed my lawn's sprinkler system. They do it all! You won't find a better team to attend to your plumbing needs.
