  I called to schedule an oil change and a recall repair on my new Ford F150. I happened to get the service manager when I called. He got me right in and my truck was done on time as promised. Very friendly staff.

  My experience is not typical. I purchased my car with about 10,000 miles on it and coast to stop lights and signs and do a lot of high way driving. I recently went in for service to change my oil and filters and had my brakes checked. I now have 105,000 miles and have not have my brakes replaced since I purchased my car. Again I drive in a manner that is not hard on my brakes. The dealership could have recommended a brake job and mentioned that I wear I encountered did not warrant a replacement at this time. I know I would not have received the the same honest approach somewhere else. I have confidence that suggested work is required with this dealership. Norman U

  Colonial Ford made my car purchasing a breeze. Tom Sweeney was the perfect sales person for me. He listened to my wants and needs, and showed me the perfect vehicle. Marci Lynn was GREAT to work with on the F & I side. She didn't try to push options on me that I didn't need or want. She was a delight to deal with. There wasn't one person that I encountered at Colonial Ford who was not professional, courteous, and respectful. I love my "new" car, and when the time comes to replace it, Colonial Ford will be my choice.
