We are new to the area and I was hoping for a pre-race check up for a tri bike. The shop owner, John could not have been better … He was (immediately) responsive, competent, humble and reasonable. Exceptional service experience! Thank you!!

Stopped in on my way back from a ride this morning. Gears were not functioning properly. Bax took the time to look at my bike immediately and fix the problem free of charge! Great service! Friendliest doggie! Thank you!

So I walked into Bax cycles the other day and was greeted by this beautiful golden blonde, didn’t catch the retrievers name, but John (owner) was super helpful. My front brake was locked up and John not only immediately fixed it, but he also taught me how to remedy the problem. No need to look anywhere else for a bike shop, I found my guy!!

I was in search of an e-bike for my wife. Bax Cycles asked about the type of rider that she was and the types of roads she wanted to ride on. They recommended a couple of different makes/models and encouraged a demo ride. They adjusted the bike to make sure it fit her correctly and was comfortable. After the demo ride, she fell in love with the Liv Rove E+ by Giant. Great experience with the bike shop.
