He is an awesome dentist. I always have a good experience when I come for a visit.
I've been visiting their office for a 2-3 years now and have to say that their professionalism in every regard is unparalleled. All their personnel are pleasant, capable, helpful and obviously well trained and organized. Their equipment is sparkling clean and of the latest technology, their hours very convenient, and their pricing competitive....what more could you ask for?
Dr. Schwartz did some extra repair work, older repairs (former dentist) needing touch up, for no additional charge simply because he spotted it while installing a new cap on another tooth, will your dentist do that?.
When we moved to CT we had difficulty at first finding a dentist we could trust. My children did not want to go back to the first dentist to whom we went here. After the professional and friendly care they received from our dentist in the Boston area, they were disappointed with and even scared of our first CT dentist. We then tried two other dentists, and had reservations about both.
Then we found Dr. Mark Schwartz, and have been going to him for the past twelve years. We are impressed by his knowledge and skill as a dentist, and ability to explain treatment options. He also has a great staff. His dental technicians are very good, and his office staff is friendly and has been very helpful in making and tracking insurance claims.
I first went to Dr. Schwartz for a consult. The dentist I was going to at the time told me I needed to have a number of older fillings removed and have root canals on the teeth where the fillings were located. Dr. Schwartz offered other options, and has been providing me with excellent dental care ever since.
My wife and three children also have great confidence in Schwartz and his staff. In fact, one of my sons now lives in Manhattan, but he has kept Dr. Schwartz as his dentist. He thinks it is worth the extra time to travel to CT to receive dental care from someone he respects and trusts.
Mark and his entire practice is a pleasure to visit. Everyone is super friendly and always positive, and we love the insurance plan they offer. We just started bringing our daughter there, and she feels safe and welcome too. If you are looking for a great dentist that will take great care of you from the time you walk into the door until you see them on your next visit, make sure to check them out!
Dr Schwartz is my second dentist in my life. My dentist from childhood retired about 20 years ago. I found an ad for Dr Schwartz. Made an appointment and he was a perfect fit. Choosing a dentist is very personal. I felt comfortable from day one. He is very knowledgeable and thorough.
I have recommended him to friends and will continue to. Give him a call...you will not be disappointed. PS the office staff are always friendly.and helpful..A pleasant environment :)
