Dave is fantastic came to my home in the dark night before thanksgiving with no notice when my spa heater broke down fixed heater and diagnosed it instantly had the parts on his truck always comes when he says he’s going to amazingly dependable very fair and a great guy thank you very happy customer Was very stressed that we were going to freeze our hot tub and ruin it and he fixed it right away.
I contacted Pool Spa Doctor this season regarding problems with the control board and also leaking jets.
Dave diagnosed and resolved the problems in a professional manner. I am now a customer and highly recommend them.

After a disastrous experience with another company in the area who's name I won't mention (but begins with an "N") I turned to Pool and Spa Doctor who arrive when they say they're going to arrive, do the quoted work for the quoted price, and are overall professional and nice people.
When I moved into a new home I now had a pool for the first time, and I was sure my pool heater was leaking. The owner Dave squeezed in a visit at my house at the end of the same day that I called! He politely explained it was simply condensation and perfectly normal, and then spent another 45 minutes with me (eating into his dinnertime I'm sure) fielding questions from a new pool owner, and although I was prepared to pay some type of service call fee Dave simply shook my hand and said he hoped he could have my business. (Compare this to the other big "N" company that took 3 visits to open my pool because THEY didn't carry the parts and tools THEY needed to do the job, then proceeded to charge me for all 3 visits and left the filter plumbing leaking!)
